Blessings, beautiful women of God!

As we leave behind the most challenging years many of us have faced, I am hopeful we are welcoming 2022 with great expectations of a move of God.

The Women’s Committee met and prayerfully decided to move forward with this year’s retreat! It will take place at Tuscarora Retreat and Conference Center (“Tuscarora”) from July 29 through July 31, 2022. Our theme is, “I am God’s Hidden Treasure”. Rest assured that everyone’s health and safety is our priority. Therefore, we must strictly adhere to all Covid protocols and guidelines, including, but not limited to the following:
  • Proof of a negative Covid-19 test result upon registration
  • Completion of a Covid-19 waiver form
  • Routine temperature readings prior to every session
  • Wearing masks at all times
  • Hand sanitizing
  • Social distancing

In addition, there are some significant changes to the registration process and the selection of rooms, which will be outlined below and in the amended brochure:
  • Room prices have increased and must be paid in full prior to the retreat.
  • There will be no refunds or deposit transfers.
  • Multi-occupancy is recommended due to price increases
  • Individual rooms are optional at an additional cost of 35% per room
  • No Friday meal to minimize gatherings and reduce costs

A Powerful Testimony from the 2018 Women's Retreat

God Bless You Thank You for being the Vessel God used for His Glory. On Monday morning I woke up and wrote in my journal after three days of refreshing.

My God my God called me to go to this retreat you told me to bring my sisters you directed me to be persistent and even if I went alone just go get mine. Oh Jesus you met me there I had to separate myself from people, places, church ministry - I had to hear Your call that said

​"come, I have prepared a table for you."

You have taken me to the valley and helped me to see I was right there because I was that one that needed to be prophesied to. I was stuck in a pile of dry bones.  I was that one that had battled and was left for dead. I needed a woman of God to come and prophesy to me in that pile, along with my sisters that were piled in the dark dead desert - our valley. We had one thing in common - we were all piled up together on top of each other with no skin and no breath. But then God called a Pastor, a Prophet, a Psalmist to the stage and the atmosphere was changed. Lord You spoke. You ordered this dead army to rise up but not just rise - but to also receive new breath, new life, new vision and new direction. You called Four Winds /seasons to stir, rattle and join; combine, reunite, restore, and recharge for Your glory!! Thank You Daddy for meeting us where we were, for calling us up and out and into the next season.  We were not left to be in that dead state forever, for we were commissioned to take charge of where You placed us whether in the home, the job, the church, the community, the family, the ministry, or our current socioeconomic status. Thank You Jesus for reinforcing Your method of war, worship and praise for this is how we fight our battles; not in a rage but in worship; not a reaction but a response to what is in our lives and who is in our lives. You let us see past our pain, rejection, fear, depression, anger, loneliness, and separation because those things do not define us! You set a table for us in the presence of our enemies - those voices and demons that were set in place to keep us locked in the valley of dry bones forever... BUT GOD you said Rise!
